No! Puzzle Snap works completely offline. Play anytime, anywhere without internet.

Q: Are my photos uploaded or stored anywhere?

Never! All photos stay on your device. We don't collect, upload, or store any of your images.

Q: How do I share puzzles with friends?

When you complete a puzzle, tap the Share button to create a unique link. Your friends can play the same puzzle through their browser!

Q: Can I play on both iPhone and iPad?

Yes! Puzzle Snap is a universal app optimized for both iPhone and iPad.

Q: Are there in-app purchases or subscriptions?

No hidden costs! One-time purchase gives you all current and future games.

Q: How many photos can I use?

You can select up to 20 photos at once. Different games use different numbers of photos.

Q: The app crashed or froze. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Force close and restart the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Make sure you have the latest version
  4. Check available storage space

🎮 Getting Started

1. First Launch

  1. Open Puzzle Snap
  2. Grant photo library access when prompted
  3. Choose any game from the main menu
  4. Select photos and difficulty level
  5. Start playing!

2. Selecting Photos

For best results:

  • Choose photos with clear subjects
  • High contrast images work best for Silhouette
  • Varied photos make Memory Match more challenging
  • Use chronological photos for Timeline mode

🔧 Troubleshooting

Photos Not Loading

  1. Check photo library permissions in Settings → Privacy → Photos
  2. Ensure photos are downloaded (not in iCloud only)
  3. Restart the app

Performance Issues

  1. Close other apps running in background
  2. Free up device storage (need at least 500MB free)
  3. Update to latest iOS version
  4. Restart your device

Sound Not Working

  1. Check device volume
  2. Disable silent mode
  3. Check in-app sound settings
